If you’re planning to enter the Clifton Chili Club Amateur Chili Eating Competition, here’s what you need to know:
📍 Sign-ups are IN PERSON at the main stage
⏰ Register before 1pm on Saturday or Sunday
🔥 Competitions run from 2pm-5pm both days
Just show up at the stage before 1pm on the day you want to compete, and our crew will get you registered. First come, first served!

Entrants must be over 18 years old, anyone can enter, this is just for fun, giveaways and score cards given.
Just by entering the event you will have points on our official rankings board, with more points awarded for 1st place, 2nd place and 3rd place.
This is not for the faint hearted, you will need to sign a disclaimer.
