Irish Chili Festival 2026 – Vendor Space Requirements
Apologies for any confusion with the original form! We based the initial stall sizes on our Berlin Chili Festival setup, but the Cork venue requires a slightly different configuration to make everything work at its best.
Here’s what you need to know about your space:
- Fully indoors venue with a back wall for every stall (perfect for hanging banners and signage)
- Height is not an issue – flags, tall displays, and stands are all welcome
- Basic power included at every stall for POS systems, phone charging, and lighting
- Roof height is approximately 4 meters – please note that hanging items from the roof is not possible
Available stall sizes (€90 per meter + VAT for the full weekend):
- 1 Meter Shared Table Space (~3ft) – €90 + VAT
- 2 Meter Table Space (1 x Table) (~6.5ft) – €180 + VAT
- 4 Meter Table Space (2 x Tables) (~13ft) – €360 + VAT
- 6 Meter Table Space (3 x Tables) (~20ft) – €540 + VAT
- 3 x 3 Meter Own Tent Space (~10ft x 10ft) – €300 + VAT
